Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 3.5V~20V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 250kHz position.
