With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3.5V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it.
