LTC1625CS#TRPBF Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. DC control operates at 3.7V~36V volts and has 3.7V~36V supply voltage. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 150kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
