LTC1625IGN#TRPBF Overview
With its 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.9V~36V volts and has 3.9V~36V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 150kHz .
