For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.7A.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 1.1mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.13.2V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V volts.
