A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape and Reel.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.An output current as high as 1.7A can be achieved at maximum power.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of 0°C.When the supply voltage is 13.2V, it is at its maximum operation.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.
