LTC1983ES6-5#TRMPBF Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 900kHz.
