There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. As with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 250 is specified for the package. Manage ics operate at 1.8V supply voltages. Power ics operate at 3 supply voltages. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. There should be no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using LTC1985, the base power ics number.
