Packaging is in the form of a Cut Tape. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of DFN functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. 8 pins are present on the power management system. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.6V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts.
