LTC2966HSW#PBF Overview

As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The total number of pins on this power management is 20. 20 pins are present on the power management system. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 3.5V for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 100V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.
