LTC3114EFE-1#PBF Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.2V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 40V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 24V. LTC3114 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. Voltage can be produced at 4.4V volts by voltage regulator.
