LTC3114EFE-1#TRPBF Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz.
