Capsuled in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 5 input. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~60V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 1MHz~3MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking, Watchdog.
