For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1.5MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. DC DC switching regulator's 300mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
