For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2.25MHz switching frequencies. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.6V. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
