It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz~4MHz.
