Using Tube as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.A convenient transport package is provided in 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is an universal mounting way for easy adapting.Among other applications, this power management targets Handheld/Mobile Devices .Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management operates at 4.35V~5.5V volts.Search LTC3557 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.In this power managment ic, there are 28 pins.Currently, it supports a total of 4 outputs.A voltage output of 4.2V is provided by this ic power supply.Keeping the temperature below 85°C is not recommended.Temperature lower than -40°C is not suitable for the it.
