It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V.
