This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.25MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. The output current of 1.25A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. As a result of the 250 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LTC3564 family. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 5.5V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 5 pins are required. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 600mV volts.
