Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2MHz~4MHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. As a result of the 1.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 15V.
