LTC3622HDE-2#PBF Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2.25MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. In the particular voltage regulators, the LTC3622 family is represented. 14 pins are used for switching regulator operation.
