LTC3630MPDHC#PBF Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Programmable) output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -55°C~150°C TJ.
