LTC3638EMSE#PBF Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 250mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 140V.
