LTC3649IFE#PBF Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 28 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 3.1V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.1V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0V. DC DC switching regulator's 4A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 60V.
