With its SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 2.75V~9.8V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 550kHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
