LTC3803HS6#TRPBF Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 5.7V~8V volts and has 5.7V~8V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~150°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 6 terminations are available in dc switching.
