Capsuled in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 3.95V~9.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 70kHz~700kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
