LTC3807HFE#PBF Overview
Capsuled in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4V~38V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 50kHz~900kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start, Tracking. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "LTC3807".
