With a 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 2.75V~9.8V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 250kHz~750kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
