LTC3809IDD-1#PBF Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 2.75V~9.8V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 550kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
