With a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4V~60V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -55°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output.
