LTC3851IMSE#PBF Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4V~38V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 250kHz~750kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
