Capsuled in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 4.5V~38V and has a 4.5V~38V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA.
