LTC3859ALHFE#PBF Overview
Capsuled in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 3. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at 4.5V~38V volts and has 4.5V~38V supply voltage. A -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 115kHz~835kHz 350kHz~535kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator.
