Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 4.5V~38V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~1MHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. LTC3884 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are a total of 48 pins on switching converter. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the PolyPhase? series.
