PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4V~140V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 50kHz~900kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
