LTC3897HFE#TRPBF Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~65V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~150°C TJ rating. The switching controller can be switched at 75kHz~850kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Frequency Control, Overcurrent, Ramping. LTC3897 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are only 38 pins on switching converter.
