The DFN package is suitable for battery instrument. The smart tools battery has 14 pins in total. To activate this power management IC, it should not be less than -40°C. Temperatures less than 85°C degrees Celsius are recommended for use. A chip input voltage of 5.5V can be used to power it. Input voltages below 4.35V are suitable for the power IC.
