LTC7801IUFD#PBF Overview


The switching controller fits in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's4V~140V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 50kHz~900kHz .
