It comes in the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Ramp, Soft Start, Tracking which allows efficient switching control.
