LTR-526AB Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Radial, Side View packages. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. Generally, a circuit's maximum heat release should be 150mW. When the photodiodes were operated in reverse bias, they would supply the voltage 30V. The photodiode operates at 30nA current even in the absence of light input.
