LTR-526AD Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. The photodiodes are put into Radial, Side View packages for safety protection. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 85°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. ?In general, the maximum heat generated by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. As long as the photodiodes were reverse-biased, they could supply the voltage 30V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 30nA current.
