As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 15-UFBGA, WLCSP package. There are 2 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Programmable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 925kHz 1.85MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -5.4V 5.4V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 900mA Switch. Voltage can be produced at -4.1V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 15 pins are used. There should be at least a 5.4V volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. Switching regulators operate at 5.5V supply voltages.
