In order to increase flexibility, the package 14-SIP Module, 12 Leads is used.A package of Bulk has been used.There are 1 drivers installed for this device.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 14V~15V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -20°C~60°C TA.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 12 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.As a result, it is configured with 14 pins when it is designed.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 5A.
