In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.3A is the maximum output current.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 20V.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.Currently, 3A is the current it outputs.As long as the output voltage is set to 25mV, it will work.
