In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.The maximum output current can amount to 3A.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.When the supply voltage is 20V, it is at its maximum operation.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 3A.A voltage of 25mV is used as the output voltage.
