MAX14589EEWL+T Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 9-WFBGA, WLBGA, international shipping is convenient. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. 2:2 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA.
