For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 8V~12.6V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Under its base part number MAX15019, various related parts can be found.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.As a maximum, there is 3A limit to the output current.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 125V.The maximum power dissipation of 1.904W shows its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.
