Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad .For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.There are a number of applications targeted at Current/Power Monitor .Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction.For its operation, this power management requires 2.7V~5.5V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching MAX15061 .It is possible to find 16 terminals on the power ic.16 pins are present on the power managment ic.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.It operates on a voltage of 1.2mA volts.The ics supply is a part of Switching Regulator or Controllers .The ic power supply supports 1 outputs.In this case, the output voltage is 76V .The ic power supply should be displaying 1.2A as its current output.
