MAX15303AA00+CM Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 40 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz~1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.5V.
